Refund Policy

2. Subscription Management

You are responsible for managing your subscription. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or features within an active billing period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error (must be reported within 7 days)

  • Inaccessibility due to a verified technical failure on our end (not caused by user device or internet issues)

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
